Our Anchorage-based food truck serves warm buns stuffed with a variety of fantastic fillings! From Curries to Reubens to Mango Coconut, we’re sure to have the right bun for you, hun! And don’t despair, if gluten isn’t your friend, we’ve got hand pies that will knock your socks off! Please bring extra socks, just in case that happens.

Some people say we have an obsession with soft round foods that begin with ‘B.’ And, frankly, that’s probably accurate, I certainly don’t have a good argument against it.
Our Boba Tea starts with… well, it starts with the Big Bang technically, but we’ll skip some steps to the relevant part. We brew quality Assam Black tea from Summit Spice and Tea here in Anchorage, along with Boba pearls that have been soaked in our special brown sugar and molasses syrup! Combine that all together, with your choice of milk, and you’ve got a tasty treat!

Do you have a staff meeting that would be greatly improved by warm buns? Is you upcoming event noticeably bunless? Are you worried that having a gathering without buns will make your guests turn on each other like ravenous wolves? Well you can solve all those problems by getting some buns delivered, hot and fresh, to you!

BOREALIS BUNS
In 2024, it all started with a dream… A dream of “What if you could hold curry in your hand without burning yourself or getting stains all over your clothes?” So Skylar Arend (that’s me!) set out to make that dream a reality. And now I’ve got a big blue truck full of big beautiful buns and, uhh, I ran out of b-words. But what I lack in vocabulary, I make up for in enthusiasm for putting good foods inside good dough!
